Sustainability is important to us. That is why we engage in in the fight against food waste. The ZERO WASTE policy is very important to us. We meticulously plan the number of meals, not only so that each employee has access to a varied lunch assortment, but also to avoid excessive food waste. We monitor the amount of post-consumer waste and sell it to companies that convert it into biomass. Used oil is used in the production of biofuel.
